Important information for your visit
- Please remember that you can’t access SUMMIT through the main entrance of One Vanderbilt. Enter through the transit hall in Grand Central Terminal or use the doors next to TD Bank located in One Vanderbilt. Simply show your experience ticket on your smartphone and start your adventure.
- SUMMIT is open every day from 9 am to 12 am. The last admission is 1 hour and 30 minutes before closing time.
- Make sure you arrive on time for your selected time slot. SUMMIT is a very popular attraction, and being late might end in waiting for a long time before the first possible open time slot.
GOOD TO KNOW BEFORE YOU GO
- There is no storage for personal items. Remember to bring only essentials.
- Opt for pants, shorts, or tights to avoid unintended reflections on glass or mirrored floors.
- Please choose comfortable shoes. Stiletto heels, steel-toe boots, and sports cleats are prohibited in order to protect the mirrored flooring from damage.
- Remember to bring sunglasses if visiting SUMMIT One Vanderbilt during the day, as the space can be very bright.
- We kindly ask you not to carry outside food or beverages, smoking materials or e-cigarettes, large packages, suitcases, or any form of weapons, as they will be taken at the security checkpoint.
- Keep in mind that the first available restroom is located on the first floor, about 15 minutes into the visit.
- Strollers must be able to fold up for access to the elevators and escalators.
- Spend as much time as you wish in the room, but please remember it's not possible to backtrack.
- You can change your plans up to 24 hours before your visit to receive a full refund.
